Refund Policy

Every OYLA piece is made to order by hand. Because each ring is forged for you, we ask that you measure carefully before ordering. 14-day returns. If a piece arrives and it isn't right — the wrong size, or simply not what you hoped — write to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or a full refund. Rings must be unworn and in their original condition. Non-returnable. Engraved pieces and custom commissions cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Shipping. We cover return shipping for defective items. For exchanges and change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. How to start. Email returns@oyla.studio with your order number and a photo of the piece. We reply within two working days.
